This Project will take a Year or more to accomplish. This is just the first leg of the journey. They are for Harvard and our Friends at Titan Roofing. We have made Hundreds of Bands so far for various Buildings at Harvard. And hopefully Hundreds more!

It’s Sunday and making a Second Band for the Builder this time now…..This project has been a couple months in the works…
We had some minor issues that we will be correcting on the second band. The radius for the Front and Sides (same die sets) were just a little bit off where we would like them to be. Made the corrections.
If you look really close in the end view of the parts you can see the tear drop shape as opposed to a true radius….Fixed! Should be ready to roll now….

This will take awhile for this project as we are starting at Ground Zero. First was design of the Bands and then do the necessary CAD work to get the raw Die Set blanks laser cut.
Got a lot done actually. The Button looks good for roughing in.

Yarmont Custom Leader Heads Boxes Freedom Gray.
This will be a little tricky. We cleaned the shop up real good to prepare for running this job. Don’t want any contaminants on the benches or any metal shavings as Freedom Gray is a non forgiving material. Job at this point has been blanked, marked for bend and radius points and in first round of bends on our main brake. It will require 3 of our brakes to accomplish the job.
