While these are what we call “White Primer Coated” they should very closely match most “White” Downspouts by various Manufacturers.
The base color in this case is “White”. It is Powder Coated to the Stainless Steel.
Mill Finish Stainless Steel is not easy to paint directly. It would require a Bonding Primer and then a paint application.
Our “Primer” colors are a short cut to save you the Bonding Primer Step. Just rough the surface up as for standard paint work and paint to your desired color.
