We just prototyped this unit for a customer that has an extremely high volume of water flowing through his downspouts.
He is located in Florida in an area that has large homes and very heavy downpours. Large homes mean large roof areas and sometimes the roof area to downspout ratio is not the best – so the need to have a unit that can handle the volume.

Please Note that the ones for the 4″ by 3″ Downspouts have Screws on the top. Those Screws hold a Removable Diverter Plate. A Diverter Plate forces water flowing down the front interior side of the downspout to the rear or more central part of the AutoClear Box. Diverter Plates are not necessary for downspouts that are 3″ by 2″ and could actually hamper Leaves and Debris from entering the AutoClear Box.
