Copper Gutter Brackets

SideRider Copper Gutter Brackets Hangers. This was a little tricky as customer wanted an extra long mounting arm. So a little tougher to bend etc.
There are Lefts and Rights for two different roof pitches. 9/12 and 10/12. So packaging we will have to keep things grouped so no mistakes or Easter egg hunt.
We have marked for each type the MASTER. The master is used to compare and then tweak each bracket so it matches the master for each style. They must not only match pitch but when put on their sides be perfectly flat.

HRRM Copper Gutter Brackets Hangers. These brackets mount to the roof deck which is at a 5/12 roof pitch. While there is only 85 brackets we supplied 90 sets of hardware. Few extras never hurts to have on hand…

HRC Double Tab Copper Gutter Brackets. This was tricky. They have to mount to a 2″ by 4″ fascia. Not a lot of room to account for slope. These brackets are for a good customer who has purchased 1000’s of brackets. You will notice in a few pictures a “Chamfer Bit”. We are supplying this bit to him so if he needs it to do some more chamfering he can do it more easily. Ok. Well looks just like the last post. We do not send out “FREE SAMPLES”. Had a customer pay for two Brackets and said we should get his sample gutter on Friday. Well Thursday a sample came. So off to the races…made them and shipped. Well we got his sample actually on Friday like he said it would arrive. Different than the one we received on Thursday…So that one was from a different person…LOL. So back to start over and make samples and ship samples again…

SideRider Copper Gutter Brackets. These are made to fit World Gutter Systems 6″ Euro Style Gutter. Some are Right Side Mount and some are Left Side. 3 different pitches.

HRCU-48 Copper Gutter Brackets. These were made to fit WGS 5″ Euro Copper Gutters. We did a bend over of one of the tabs to show prep prior to install. In the bag there are 15 sets of Hardware. 2 extra sets….just in case. Been there did that.

Customer sent us some pictures of them installed.
