Now we have removable Diverter Plates. This feature aids in Retrofit Work for an easy install as the downspout can fit past the Inlet all the way into the AutoClear Box. Simply cut out a section of downspout and slip the unit up and then down into the drain. Diverter plate is easily removed for this type of installation and then simply install the diverter back in place.
SideRider Copper Gutter Brackets
SideRider Copper Gutter Brackets. There are 117 of them for this order. 4/12 – 5/12 – and 6/12 Roof Pitches. While a lot of prep work was done to cut and get the holes punched and first radius bend put in – the order was then run in 3 operations to complete the brackets. Don’t want to get things mixed up. We even mark the boxes and label the layers so there is no confusion of which pitch the brackets are. Been there as we used to install years ago and having things clearly marked is really nice! […]
AutoClear I-ZINC first units through prototype
AutoClear I-ZINC first units through prototype! This has been a tricky journey. Will be tweaking a bit for production run. Minor stuff to deal with but we always strive to deliver the Very Best Product! We have a customer that may want about 100 a year of the 6″ so trying to work out all things before we move to actual production units.
For this Round we did 4″ Round – 3″ Round – 4″ by 4″ – and also 2 MAXIMUS units for 6″ Round Downspouts.

Knoke Galvanized Downspout Brackets
Knoke Galvanized Downspout Brackets. Front Sections only. These will be going to a custom metal fab shop and they will be making the rear leg sections.
We gave them a template to assist in hole location for the legs. The legs will be welded in place for the project and they will be drilling the mounting holes for the clamping section in the field. So just assisting any way we can to help.

One of our trickiest boxes to make. These were made about 2″ wider and 1″ deeper to accommodate a 1″ downspout stand off condition plus the width of the widest foot print applique.
